Christopher R If jyou're a fan of the original A-Team. A modern re-telling of a similar situation. Not a former army unit but a "rag tag bunch" of elite former selfish criminals NOW ethical criminals turning their skills to good! Like many shows with a formula that's rrinse & repeat with differnt themes each episode,, similar to A-team it doesn't take itself TOO seriously which allows it to be just fun. Exaggerated fighting skills: Elliot(BA), tech by Hardison(Murdock), the same for the Sophie's (Face)"characters" & deceptive ploys & Parker's(Murdock) personality and theif skills. They ALL go to 150% & then Nate Ford(Hannibal) the strait guy gone rogue who brings all of these characters together after tracking them as an insurance investigator his whole career. He not only has insights & intell just in his head that would put the CIA & FBI to shame but the deductions of Sherlock and the stategy of Sun Tzu. As well as having a solid a almost complete understanding of all of his team members skills! Reminds me of watching similar shows as a kid and looking forward to sitting down and spending time with the characters. Timothy Hutton is... not always compelling as the guy who lost his son and is now the brains of a group to help the weak against the powerful. The character is uneven until later seasons.
