After serving as a British Army nurse in World War II, Claire Randall is enjoying a second honeymoon in Scotland with husband Frank, an MI6 officer looking forward to a new career as an Oxford historian. Suddenly, Claire is transported to 1743 and into a mysterious world where her freedom and life are threatened. To survive, she marries Jamie Fraser, a strapping Scots warrior with a complicated past and a disarming sense of humor. A passionate relationship ensues, and Claire is caught between two vastly different men in two inharmonious lives. "Outlander" is adapted from the best-selling books by Diana Gabaldon.

A pesar de los desafíos y de cómo el tiempo les cambia, su amor sigue siendo un faro que trasciende las dificultades. Lo que me gusta de la serie es cómo, al integrar las historias de otros personajes, se enriquece el relato, haciéndolo aún más entretenido y profundo. Ya no es solo la historia de Claire y Jamie, sino de todas las personas que han tocado sus vidas. Al envejecer, el amor y las conexiones humanas se vuelven más significativas, y esa es la esencia de la vida misma: seguir adelante, adaptarse y valorar lo que realmente importa.

Enjoyed this from start but later episodes too disjointed. Obviously catered for younger audiences with more modern speech and attitudes. Have to fast forward sex scenes as well!

Unfortunately, the worst season so far! It's been quite boring and very watered down from past seasons. I didn't really notice it the first half of the season but when it came back for the second half it's been awful. The writing on the wall at the shows not gonna last much longer. That could be already in the works, and I don't know that, but if not, it soon will be. Should get one more season and I would say that would be it If it keeps going like this?
