The animated series is not for children. In fact, its goal seems to be to offend as many as possible as it presents the adventures of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman. The show has taken on Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, politicians of every stripe and self-important celebrities. Oh, and Kenny is killed in many episodes.

Peter Lyle Guardian Though its iconoclastic liberal-baiting can be tiresome and witless, South Park has made me incontinent with laughter many times. Sep 16, 2013 Full Review Sean O'Neal AV Club [The episode] ranks as one of the standouts from what's proven to be a very hit-or-miss season. Rated: B+ Sep 11, 2013 Full Review Josh Modell AV Club ["Canada on Strike"] was a great episode because the jokes came quick and funny, not because there was some huge point to be made. Rated: A Sep 11, 2013 Full Review Travis Fickett IGN Movies This is something South Park has always been good at - exposing the extremes for what they are: extreme. Rated: 8.5/10 Sep 12, 2013 Full Review Nav Purewal PopMatters While not quite up to the level of the past few years, [the 12th season] contained two of the series' most inspired episodes. Enchanted M South Park season 12 is a very small step back from its previous season. The season can basically be drawn out that every episode is good but range in quality, for example "Canada On Strike!" is not necessarily bad but it isn't all that great either. Other episodes like "Major Boobage" and "The China Problem" are hilarious and some of the best of the season while the only bad episode of the season would be "The Ungroundable" as it takes a massive decrease in quality from the rest of the season, too bad its also the last episode of the season. Although some of the episodes are a bit iffy, the episode "Breast Cancer Show Ever" is the most satisfying episode of the whole show, the episode may be a rival to some of the best underdog stories out there as it is well progressed and has an amazing ending, this episode is a must watch for South Park fans. In conclusion, South Park season 12 is a small decrease in quality from the previous couple of seasons but still has interestingly hilarious moments topped off with some really well made episodes. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/09/23 Full Review Pickatcu 1 I don't want to live in a world where "Major Boobage" is not an actual full length movie... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Fucking hilarious. Some jokes are rude but at the same time, they are mad funny. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member A great season with one of the most famous episodes of all time, Major Boobage.
