The animated series is not for children. In fact, its goal seems to be to offend as many as possible as it presents the adventures of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman. The show has taken on Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, politicians of every stripe and self-important celebrities. Oh, and Kenny is killed in many episodes.

Alan Sepinwall Uproxx It was a fascinating season, at times frustrating in the same way that drove me from the series in the first place, at others so funny that it made me regret having been gone for so long. Mar 12, 2019 Full Review Sonia Saraiya Salon.com From the season 19 premiere onward, political correctness is positioned in the show in some surprising ways. Dec 10, 2015 Full Review James Poniewozik New York Times Where past South Park satires once looked at single issues, this season is sketching something like a grand - if messy - unified theory of anger, inequality and disillusionment in 2015 America. Dec 9, 2015 Full Review Chris Longo Den of Geek One of its finest seasons. Mar 12, 2019 Full Review Matt Miller Esquire Magazine The little town of bigots, starkly opposed to progressive ideas, physically and morally transformed this season. South Park's storytelling capabilities did, too. Oct 20, 2018 Full Review Daniel Johnson Screen Rant Considering political correctness can often be the death knell for comedy, it's still impressive how South Park was able to wring so many laughs out of the subject while making a valid argument against P.C. mongers in its premiere. Dionisis T A definitely hilarious season with a fairly short duration.I loved her in some episodes. I can't wait to see how the continuation of the next season will develop! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/18/24 Full Review Enchanted M South Park season 19 brings everything right back to where we liked it before. This season is a very big deal for South Park since it introduces PC Principal, completely reinvents Mr. Garrison, and adds a huge new element for Tweek and Craig. PC Principal is introduced and is a consistent character throughout the season and he is such a nice addition to the cast due to how funny he is throughout and fits in perfectly. Mr. Garrsion takes his beliefs previously set in the show ever since season 1 and finally thanks to serialization creates him to be a candidate for president. Finally, Tweek and Craig have their absolutely fantastic episode called "Tweek X Craig" which turns out to be the sweetest episode in the whole show. This whole season is amazing and the only one unnecessary episode is still relatively funny and not considered bad what so ever, it is still a good one. South Park season 19 is an amazing season and deserve as many eyes as it possibly can because of how hilarious and well written it is, this season is a must see. I was flipping through the channels and I saw this show and it was season 19. I told myself another series that makes fans of the old MTV nostalgic, but I love its iconic characters and its non-politically incorrect humor, it can make me laugh for hours.
