Craig Mathieson The Age (Australia) The explicit Star Wars content rises and dips throughout the nine shorts, but together they’re a welcome addition. May 11, 2023 Full Review Kambole Campbell Empire Magazine Though Star Wars: Visions can sometimes feel repetitive, those frustrations are minor versus the glorious idiosyncrasies of the... well, visionary work of the diverse animators here. Rated: 4/5 May 3, 2023 Full Review Karl Puschmann New Zealand Herald It’s wildly experimental, singularly artistic and truly explores uncharted areas of the Star Wars galaxy thanks to its panel of globally diverse creators. Feb 12, 2025 Full Review Mini Anthikad-Chhibber The Hindu Widening its scope, the anthology presents a delightful array of animation styles and storytelling from across the globe in this collection of tales inspired by the happenings in a galaxy far, far away Aug 27, 2023 Full Review Matthew Simpson That Shelf Gorgeously animated, lovingly conceived, and unafraid to explore the themes that make Star Wars great, it belongs alongside Andor and The Last Jedi as one of the great new franchise entries of the Disney era. May 11, 2023 Full Review David Hogan hoganreviews.co.uk Star Wars: Visions’ second season has a great variety on show, both story-wise and visual styles. Screechers Reach was the best of the bunch in my eyes, but most of them were fun and/or exciting enough as well. Rated: 4/5 May 8, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Ash P This season continue to be as equally as amazing as the first season had went for having other studios be given creative freedom within the Star Wars universe. I can say, some of them are cool on their own terms as not every episode has to have a fight sequence, but rather a mix of emotion mixed into some of them. Favorite episodes has to go for Sith, In the Stars, Journey of the Dark Head, The Pit and Aau's Song. Every other episode had their cool moments while one or two of them felt a little bland, sadly. Of course, I can say not every episode wasn't perfect. In fact, it's how I felt for last season with their own episodes. I will give this a two thumbs up for this is a season for international animation studios have a hand in the universe like last year with anime studios had given their try into the universe, too. Looking forward to what Season 3 has to offer. I give this season as equally as I'd given last season. Eight Aau singing to the kyber out of ten. 8/10. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/13/25 Full Review Audience Member Disney should use this as a template to take some of the more popular episodes and give them their own show! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/23/24 Full Review Austin M Visions is the best thing that has been done with the Star Wars property since the original trilogy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/12/24 Full Review Charly P AS already said, season 1 was original since you could see there was freedom in the minds of the people in charge of Star Wars. In season 2, we see the new modern Star Wars. Happy go lucky stories, were "the force is female", enemies are just there for the female protagonist to make her point, and have a happy ending, and everybody is useless except for this female protagonist. Lets say that Rey Palpatine is the protagonist of every story here, wIth one or 2 exceptions. And the message repeats over and over, so that the animation gets irrelevant after a few minutes. Not even my kids were entertained by the first episode. Had to stop it midway and put something else for them. I have no idea who the expected audience is for this thing. Perhaps nobody, since they didn't even promote it like they did with the first season. Somehow they new. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/08/24 Full Review Jane B Considering how fresh Season 1/Volume 1 was, this season/volume was disappointing and bland with only a few standout scenes. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/06/24 Full Review Audience Member downgrade from season 1, go back to anime. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/03/24 Full Review Read all reviews
