When the three Goodwin kids return home after their father's death, they are surprised to learn that they stand to inherit a fortune -- but only if they fulfill their father's wishes. The will forces Henry, Chloe and Jimmy to re-evaluate the choices they have made and the people they have become. The estate attorney administers tasks to the siblings that their father hoped would set them back on track and make up for his failings as a father, and if things go the way he hoped, his secret $20 million fortune will be all theirs.

Audience Member From the creators of How I Met Your Mother. When you think of it as that, it's a bit of a disappointment. But when you think of it as just a show, it's really not that bad. The thing that angered me the most was that they knew they had their episode order cut to 7 before airing, so they could have made the ending better. And especially after the ratings, they could have made it be a series ending. But, it was still a pretty good ride. Jerrod Carmichael's character was my favorite part, but he only showed up in the first 3 episodes! I wish he would have AT LEAST shown up in the finale! TJ Miller was also great. The other 2 siblings were just alright. It was pretty funny. I got many laughs from it. Towards the end it felt like it was slowing down, but I think that was just me knowing it was coming to an end, and hoping for an ending, not the finale that we got, which was just another episode. I also could tell it was from the creators of HIMYM, especially Carmichael's character! Overall, the show was good enough that I'm glad I watched it, but if you go into it expecting HIMYM's greatness, you will be more disappointed than if you didn't.
