Jade Budowski Decider The Freak Brothers may not be for everyone, but for lovers of stoner humor, raunchy adult animation, and genuinely funny voice performances, it might check all the right boxes. Nov 18, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

La’Najiaih J They honestly need to make more episodes theres to many times ive rewatched it dont make us wait anymore years pleaseee new episodes coming??? I need more seasons Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/11/25 Full Review timothy w Such a great show to just kick back smoke a joint and laugh!! It has an all-star cast in Woody Harrelson, John Goodman, Tiffany haddish and a dew others Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/15/24 Full Review Corey W Based on a long-running comic from the 1970s The Freak Brothers has too rich a roster of voice actors for a product this uninspired. Its premise is weak: in 1969 three pothead friends smoke a weed additive so strong that they pass out for 50 years and wake up in present day. It's lazy, but it should provide the show with plenty of laughs. Sadly, through the first three episodes those laughs were hard to come by and this reviewer wondered just how the creators were able to nab Pete Davidson, Woody Harrelson, Tiffany Hadish, and John Goodman for such a lackluster project. Their best comedy seems to come in-between scenes while their overarching stories seem like laugh-less drags that can't be saved- even with a vat of the dankest bud. Overall, The Freak Brothers isn't offensively bad, instead it's just disappointingly bad. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review John K Trying to revive the funny moments of the marijuana culture of the 60's MIGHT have been a good idea, but this mishmash of toilet humor doesn't cut it. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Ryan S This show is good, especially the last episode. 3 brothers were trying to escape Schoolboy Q (The Rapper), after destroying his yacht. Also, Schoolboy Q was transported to the year 1969 but no one actually knows how he came back. (DISCLAIMER: There will not be a season 2. Why? Because after Schoolboy Q came back to the year 2020, he killed the brothers, but they didn't show because they switched to the credits.) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/24/22 Full Review Audience Member No, no I don't think we'll watch any more of this one. episodeonepodcast.com/episodes/freak-brothers Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
