Season 1 – The Joel McHale Show With Joel McHale

      2018 Comedy List
83% 6 Reviews Tomatometer 70% 50+ Ratings Audience Score In case it wasn't evident from the title, Joel McHale hosts this weekly series that takes a look at pop culture and news through celebrity guests, comedy sketches and video clips. The premise is reminiscent of one of McHale's former projects, "The Soup," but being on Netflix instead of basic cable gives McHale more leeway to be more adult-oriented than he was on that long-running show. Each episode premieres on Sunday, providing a recap of the week that was in the entertainment world. In addition to hosting, McHale serves as an executive producer of the eponymous series. mehrana z I love this show. Joel Mchale is very funny. It's always refreshing to see his performance. I'm waiting for more episodes to come. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Nothing really special. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I just LOVE this show and I am so sad netflix cancelled it. I dont understand why since it has such great rating and is often trending on Netflix. So sad :( I dont watch any of the shows Joel reviews so its nice to laugh at the idiocy on reality TV. There were lots of guest stars that stopped by and were often pretty funny along with Paul Feig being goofy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member It has its moments, namely the recurring jokes on what Vanderpump Rules is about, Eli Braden's different versions of the end credits song and bits with guests such as Jack Black and Joe Manganiello, plus Joel McHale is charismatic, yet one can't help but feel that both the videos shown and the jokes afterwards could have been a lot better. The show is barely chuckle-worthy a lot of the time, and the cringy bits with Paul Feig and the recurring characters are usually even worse. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member JOE EXOTIC OVER MCHALE. JOE EXOTIC > MCHALE. TIGER KING IS THE GREATEST. KILL CAROLE BASKIN. HAVE A GOOD DAY. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Come on I need a season 2 of this show it amazing to see this show just having fun Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
