Texas Ranger Cordell Walker kicks posterior -- usually in slo-mo. Because of his martial-arts skills, he has a competitive edge against the bad guys. With the help of retired ranger C.D. Parker, partner James Trivette and A.D.A. Alex Cahill, Walker ruthlessly fights for justice.

Adam Sandler Variety An ambitious undertaking that succeeds on several levels, most notably the writing and acting. Oct 3, 2018 Full Review Mason Currey Slate If the purpose of drama is to provoke terror and pity in order to relieve those emotions in the audience, then Walker provided the ultimate catharsis for our band of fragile male egos. Sep 27, 2018 Full Review Ken Tucker Entertainment Weekly Walker is the same tight-lipped, martial-arts-adept good guy he is in all his movies. Rated: C+ Sep 27, 2018 Full Review Tom Jicha South Florida Sun-Sentinel The worst violence of all, however, might be against the Constitution. Oct 3, 2018 Full Review Paige Catton Screen Rant The rangers frequently took part in community service and would never do drugs in any form. While this is respectable, it doesn't make for very compelling TV. Oct 3, 2018 Full Review Jim Vorel Paste Magazine The individual moments are so incredible that it's not even necessary to watch the episodes. Oct 3, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Kazall R While the fight scenes are well done, Walker, Texas Ranger still suffers from it's repetitive plots, unlikable characters and weak villains. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/21/23 Full Review christopher c. m The old vs new crime fighting ideas makes for good comedy but there's enough action and ass kicking too. Some mild character issues but overall, this is one show I can see why it last 9 seasons. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Barely passed as television but sort of passed the time while laid up with a virus. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member It's definitely not perfect, but It's a fun ride throughout Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
