Connie Haines

Connie Haines was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Haines began her career with roles in "Moon Over Las Vegas" (1944) and "Duchess of Idaho" (1950). Later, Haines acted in "The Frankie Laine Show" (1953-54), "Frankie Laine Time" (CBS, 1954-56) and "Operation Entertainment" (NBC, 1954-55). She also appeared in "Echoes of the Big Bands With Merv Griffin" (PBS, 1989-1990). Later in her career, Haines appeared in "The Tunes of Tommy Dorsey: A Sentimental Journey" (PBS, 1993-94). Haines passed away in September 2008 at the age of 87.
