E.H. Calvert
E H Calvert was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. H Calvert began his acting career appearing in various films, such as "Sally" (1925), "Ella Cinders" (1926) with Colleen Moore and "The Girl From Montmartre" (1926). He also appeared in "The Wizard" (1927), the Barney Oldfield drama "The First Auto" (1927) and "Melting Millions" (1927). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "The Virginian" (1929) with Gary Cooper, "Blue Skies" (1929) and the William Powell crime picture "The Canary Murder Case" (1929). He also appeared in "Thunderbolt" (1929). In the latter part of his career, he tackled roles in "The Benson Murder Case" (1930), "The Widow From Chicago" (1930) and the Bert Wheeler comedy "Half Shot at Sunrise" (1930). He also appeared in the dramatic comedy "Ladies Love Brutes" (1930) with George Bancroft and the comedy "Men Are Like That" (1930) with Hal Skelly. H Calvert more recently acted in "The Oregon Trail" (1936) with John Wayne. H Calvert passed away in October 1941 at the age of 68.
