Jim Toney was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Toney began his career with roles in the western "The Lonely Trail" (1936) with John Wayne and "Fifty Roads to Town" (1937). Toney next focused his career on film, appearing in the comedy "The Lady and the Mob" (1939) with Fay Bainter, "The Ghost and the Guest" (1943) and the crime adaptation "Force of Evil" (1948) with John Garfield. Later in his career, Toney acted in the Richard Widmark drama "No Way Out" (1950). Toney passed away in September 1973 at the age of 89.
