Five-time Emmy nominated television producer Jon Kinnally graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego before moving into television as a writer on the popular and groundbreaking comedy series "Will & Grace" in 1998. Within a year, he became a story editor on the series, and was promoted to executive story editor before working his way up the ranks as a producer. By 2005, Kinnally was made an executive producer on the hit sitcom. During his time on the show, Kinnally earned much acclaim including five Emmy nods for Outstanding Comedy Series. When the series wrapped in 2006, he worked on a string of pilots, none of which were picked up, before joining the Golden Globe-winning fish-out-of-water dramatic comedy "Ugly Betty." He served as a writer and producer on the fashion-centric series, which was based on the Columbian telenovela "Yo soy Betty, la fea." When the lauded series wrapped in 2010, Kinnally moved on to develop a new show with Emmy award-winning producer, Cindy Chupack, who is best known for her work on "Sex and The City." The sitcom, "Love Bites," features ingénue Audra Griffis, previously seen on the subversive comedy series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
