Philippe Manesse

Philippe Manesse was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Manesse found his beginnings in film with roles in "Le Graphique de boscop" (1977), the Romain Bouteille comedy "Si Vous N'Aimez Pas Ca, N'En Degoutez Pas Les Autres" (1977) and "Vous n'aurez pas l'Alsace et la Lorraine" (1977) with Coluche. Manesse began to focus on film after appearing in "Chaussette Surprise" (1978) with Bernadette Lafont, the drama "Clair de Femme" (1979) with Romy Schneider and the Michel Galabru comedy "Les Diplomes du dernier rang" (1982). He also appeared in the drama "Mon bel amour, ma dechirure" (1987) with Stephane Ferrara and "Tant pis si je meurs" (1988). More recently, Manesse acted in the foreign "Amélie au pays des Bodin's" (2010) with Muriel Dubois.
