Derek Malcolm London Evening Standard We are treated to superb city landscapes but so much minor detail that you never know who is doing what to whom, or even why. Rated: 2/5 Jun 7, 2013 Full Review Tom Huddleston Time Out It's beautifully animated - the climactic sequence in Earth orbit is breathtaking - and its philosophical digressions are fascinating, if completely bananas. Rated: 3/5 Jun 7, 2013 Full Review Chris Michael Guardian We're in a post-9/11 world plagued with terror attacks. Is it an American corporate conspiracy? Or the work of a deity? Cue the obligatory second-half metaphysical blather. Rated: 2/5 Jun 6, 2013 Full Review Joseph Walsh CineVue Despite its good looks, there's no escaping 009 Re: Cyborg's tiresome and hollow script. Rated: 2/5 Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Philip French Observer (UK) It's overlong and, for an animated film, there's too much windy philosophical talk of an ontological kind, dropping the names of Freud and the religious historian Mircea Eliade. Jun 9, 2013 Full Review MaryAnn Johanson Flick Filosopher A whole lotta WTF folded into a derivative, misogynist, and just plain incoherent mess. Jun 7, 2013 Full Review Read all reviews

Hirochi S This was one of those movies that just stuck with me. It was intersting even if the plot makes no sense. i love this movie and the characters. The soundtrack is also really good. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/03/24 Full Review Audience Member Push too far in the theological with the concept of His Voice resulting in something boring and confusing. Disappointing, I was expecting better from the Cyborgs. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Ah... Story was too smart and complicated... So it was really hard to understand it... Beautiful animation and nice 3D effects... Message was good. But movie ended suddenly... Japanese people makes great anime series and only 25 minutes. But they can't make great movies... Too long... So I kinda disappointed... Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Visuellement ça claque (I.G. production made of XD) Par contre le scénar WTF ... Bref, à matter pour le bonheur des yeux :) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a masterpiece but ending is so lame... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Some good fight scenes good characters designs but bad stupid plot witch makes no senses too much philosophical talk Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
