A hugely underrated character-driven thriller that highly thrives off of the lead performances of Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy. Additionally, it's an amusing change of style for director Wes Craven, who manages to pack this film with lots of tight moments of tension and twists throughout.

It's feels short, but its a tense and (sometimes scary) piece of work from Wes Craven, and great music, really sets the tone. Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy were perfect for their roles, they give good performances. It's a nice thriller and I'm surprised by how short it is and it manages to entertain you, even if your in the plane for a lot of minutes, it will not disappoint you.

Pretty good come back from Wes Craven. It lacks the previous intensity from the other films, but enough acting skills were used to keep the film entertaining.

I was expecting more from this typical thriller. I've seen much better. This is kind of like a movie you'd happen to catch on T.V., and then forget about it soon after. There are no surprises at the end, everything about this movie just yelled "generic." There was nothing wrong with the performances, in fact Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy were pretty good. But that doesn't change Red Eye from being mediocre.
