See more 11/02/2012 This film is aptly named and aside from Rhames' brilliance, it possesses not one convincing performance. Crowley, the film's main character and narrator, is ironically it's undoing. It's hard to figure out what Underwood is trying to bring across with this, his second successfully directed film. All in all, Rhames and Bijoux Phillips at least make this a watchable film despite a horrible "performance" from Crowley. See more 07/19/2012 Four friends form a prostitution and drug-dealing ring. You know every other crime drama you've ever seen? This is that but worse. From the lame imitation-<i>Goodfellas</i> voice over to the basic story arch, there is nothing new in this film. The four friends are colorless and until the predictable end aren't different enough from one another to make them discernible characters. Overall, this film is a maudlin, cliched waste of time.
