It really is impressive how this film gives a really nuanced social commentary on what it is like to experience racism... It expresses the false sense of security of a masked racism right below the surface that others and marginalizes black people.

Great premise. Horror doesn’t come from cheap jump scares or creepy monsters, it comes from people. Some cheesy and goofy parts, but overall a great film. White people are crazy tbh.

If I could rewatch one movie for the first time, this just might be it. Saw it in theaters when it released and was mind blown by the plot twist. Great casting, great message, thought provoking and evokes all of your emotions. 10/10 watch it

This movie was absolutely amazing! I loved the way the story tied together and built such a great story in this film. Though the first half was a bit slow, I was not disapointed at all by the way this movie ended. I was on the edge of my seat at the end of the movie praying that he could fight his way out of that house! This is something I highly recommend for anyone who likes mystery with a bit of horror.
