Audience Member This movie was so boring that I could not finish watching it. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member The best thing I can say about Inkubus is that you think it's going to be good but it doesn't. The movie tries to be good, but you can't get over how ridiculous the plot as the movie goes on. It's like it wants to stay alive but it can't hold on any longer, just like the movie characters. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review kyle e I Loved This Film with The World's Most Famous Actor Robert Barton Englund Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Inkubus (Glenn Ciano, 2011) Glenn Ciano's debut film, Inkubus, is not all that great, though in hindsight it is leagues better than his followup, Infected. But then he's starting from a pretty good place: casting Robert Englund (Nightmare on Elm St.) as a demon who walks into a police station during the night shift and starts confessing to almost seven hundred years' worth of crimes. Why this station? You'll find out eventually, if you stick around long enough. Whether you will want to or not depends entirely how you feel about Robert Englund; this is his movie entirely, and if you feel he's good enough to carry it, then you'll probably like it. I was less impressed. * 1/2 Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review dave j Monday, January 13, 2014 (2011) Inkubus HORROR Low budget and straight to rental, co-written and directed by Glenn Ciano starring Joey Fatone as Detective Tom Caretti who's stuck in an insane asylum with a therapist who's trying to put some sense into him. Tom either then tells a story about why he's like this which involves frequent murders involving someone who acts like a serial killer or like Jack The Ripper. He calls himself 'Inkubus' which it's supposed to be spelled 'Incubus', he's played by Robert Englund who's best known as Freddy Krueger of the "Nightmare On elm Street" movies. Inkubus blatantly walks into a police station carrying a girls head. Now at this point you can tell that the movie is very low budget since the area that they're using doesn't even look like a police station. Reusing only the few characters that they have as law enforcers for theirs like absolutely no extras at all. (Contains spoilers) Anyways, as it turns out the Joey Fatone character that's being locked up into an insane asylum has been informed that they're no signs that this Inkubus was ever present and that it was all in his imagination, for the mental breakdown was a result of his wife's unfortunate demise suffering after a miscarriage. Bomb Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member DISAPPOINTED. Anyone who knows me, knows my love for Robert Englund.... so that tells you just how bad this was. Robert was the only good thing about this movie - I shut it off after about 20 minutes. Horrid, just horrid. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
