Audience Member This movie ruined my life. Ever since the day I first watched this I could not keep comparing myself to Ivan. Every single time I look in the mirror I see someone who while never be able to compare to such a genetic masterpiece. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Animation looks like a school project that was worked on for to long but not enough. Script is pretty generic for the plot. Kid gets bullied everyday, has a crush that he doesn't know secretly likes him back, dad wants more from him so he drinks a potion in the forest from a witch that stole all his dads business earlier on that can preform any miracle anyone could every ask for and just like that his entire life is changed. The movie was clearly made in about a month and only deserved the rating I gave it cause it was so bad that I actually sat there and watched the entire thing. Truly one of the worst/ best experiences of my life Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is TRASH!!!! Ok, so let me get this straight, the lesson is getting bullied is okay. As long as you have a girlfriend who gets bullied with you. THE BREASTS ARE TOO UNCOMFORTABLE TO LOOK AT!!!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Let's start from the beginning. To the other poor unfortunate souls who have dared to even look at the cover, I personally would like to send a hug to you. However, stranger danger. As always, I got my group of friends together, and it took us 3 days to sit through this movie. This does not include the times we verbally screamed out in pain from how terrible this was of an experience. Fun fact: I had to take 2 pills for a tension headache this movie was giving me. As for the plot? Um, we can't really tell you what the moral was supposed to be. I guess throw your dad up a tree when he is mentally abusing you? Perhaps it is telling its viewers that if you get harassed and make almost mentally disturbing art pieces, you'll somehow get a creep tennis-loving girlfriend. To make this a better film, think of it how we did: Ivan is just a depressed schizophrenic child who has a tendency to try and make friends instead of accept his sadness. A theory we had about this was Ivan actually killed himself on the bridge and the witch was secretly an angel to let him have one good day in his life. How was Ivan even born? His father seems to be so low on the spectrum of manhood that why would someone want to have a child with a Tarzan-obsessed freak? Please, if there is the slight chance of anyone actually reading this, please save you head and skip this when looking at the Dollar General movie bin. I relate to the cashier man. I also hate my wife and children. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Awkwardly animated with a troubling message of "people will only like you if your strong". Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Best. Movie. Ever. 10/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Read all reviews
