Sgt. Renfrew's (James Newill) plan to enjoy the afternoon at a cookout with fellow members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police are interrupted when he gets shocking news about a con man from south-of-the-border. It seems that American George Poulis (William Royle), now residing in Canada, has been forcing innocent Virginia Bronson (Carol Hughes) to help him make counterfeit money. If he's to prevent Poulis from smuggling his phony cash into the United States, Renfrew must move quickly.
