victor o I saw this movie on Hulu, and I wondered if it was worth my time. It had two actors, Joan Severance and Corbin Bernsen, that I enjoy from other fun movies and TV shows so I figured it might be worth watching. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Lisa, a lovely middle-aged woman meets a young man named Sam, and no sooner do they meet do they begin an affair. Lisa is feeling terrible over a previous loss, a loss that she keeps from Sam as they enjoy each other for several days. Lisa is deflecting and using Sam as she suffers from her tragedy. Sam knows next to nothing other than feeling he is living the dream, having an affair as he enters adulthood but makes no mistake, she is married to a cop, and as she makes little attempt to be discrete, Sam becomes worried. All the while Lisa's husband John begins to get suspicious leading up to a finale that is both expected but slightly outrageous. I am a fan of Joan Severance, having seen her in few films as a gorgeous enchantress and of Corbin Bernsen who I enjoy watching some of his comedies. But both veteran performers are given terrible writing that is painfully unwatchable, I cannot help but watch the movie without any sound as the body language conveys things better than the dialogue. The character of Sam is a handsome but hapless boy who thinks he got lucky but discovers otherwise. The film itself is unique in that the cinematography feels like it was filmed from a camcorder as everything feels real. The cities of Los Angeles and Atlanta show the roads, hills, houses with next to nothing in the realm of looking like a movie set, just a regular suburb. But it does not make up for a badly written story. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Hahahahhahohohohehehehheheahahrhrhahrharh Another lamer HULU movie gets watched. What am I doing? Ummmmmmmmm So yeah, the cop whose wife was cheating on him by banging some bag boy, his name was "John Wayne" in the script. hahrhrhrhreheheoheo RETARDED. I kinda wanna take a fat warpig and have her queef all over this movie. Lead actress had some nice chimichangas though...torpedos...BAZOOKAS.... BOOoiiiioOOOIOiiiiiOOIOIOiing! All done, sir. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Unlike most of the movies regarding affairs, this one is about a young guy and an older woman who is unfaithful to her husband. For a chance we see the opposite in the drama, where 80% of the movies that involve affair is from the guy's side. I think is a good movie, actin and quality are ok. I recommend it, no douth! *Sponsored Post Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Embarrassing...but couldn't look away. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member watched it on hulu. for a very low-budget, the dialog and acting were uncannily realistic in this film, very refreshing! The ending stopped way too short, however. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Nothing new in this movie. A married woman has an affair with a younger man.
