I saw this thinking it was Shoah, another holocaust movie. I was surprised after when I found out they have the same name. I figured it wasn't the right one when it wasn't nine hours long. Regardless, this documentary still records four resilient women's narratives of their lives and Nazi occupation of their varying countries. I was at times touching and contrasting to have very different accounts of the same time period. It was a STG DVD.

Stories that must be told, but more importantly, must be heard. It is simply unfathomable, the evil that ruled Germany, and the atrocities that these women survived. Thank you for ensuring that their voices are being heard. We must never forget, and we must push back against the incessant propaganda that exists in 2019.
