Brilliant real-life story, given all the emotion and healthy humor necessary to become a brilliant movie it should be. Two characters with opposing socio-economic statuses form an unusual friendship, yet so natural that it feels like they were destined to meet each other. While balancing the main characters’ emotions between themselves, their families, and love, this movie also asks some questions about today’s society with plenty of light-hearted jokes. If you want a great, emotional dramedy, with a lot of twists, this French film is definitely the right place for you!

The two main characters makes it worth the time, but I did get big 'meh'-vibes from it. It deals with a lot of big issues without ever getting deep with any of them.

It’s my comfort movie, I watched it a million times and I still can’t get bored of it. The acting is amazing and the music by Ludovico Einaudi matches the scenes perfectly. Beautiful, sad, happy, funny, warm, everything at the same time. I will probably watch it a million times more.
