Inkoo Kang Village Voice "'The Principle' isn't just run-of-the-mill crackpottery but an idiosyncratic constellation of Christian creationism, skepticism of the scientific method, and conspiracy theories involving NASA and astrophysicists all over the world." Rated: 0/100 Jan 30, 2015 Full Review Andrew Barker Variety The best that can be said of this documentary is that it makes enough gestures toward fair and balanced treatment to obscure much of the bad faith lying beneath. Jan 23, 2015 Full Review Michael Rechtshaffen Los Angeles Times A documentary that too often feels manipulatively Machiavellian in its presentation of all those "irrefutable" facts and findings. Jan 22, 2015 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru Groundbreaking, fair and balanced. It's the kind of powerful, intelligent and compelling documentary you'll be talking about for weeks! Kevin T Extremely and intentionally misleading. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/01/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought this movie was groundbreaking due to its unexpected views on the Earth being at the true center of the universe. And how that related to the Copernican principles held to be true that the earth & its inhabitants were truly insignificant ... And this is the smoking gun needed for a paradigm shift away from Coprinaceae principles and over to the universe being of intelligent design .. AAA+ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member They have two movies going. The other is called "the center of the universe" and I just recommended this movie on a forum. I saw that I had a chance to rate this movie and I couldn't resist. This movie will make you THINK and it will definitely MAKE YOU THINK. In this movie its about science and the old arguments before we were born and it also is the reason that many theories came into existence. Eisenstein was even pulled into this one and he scratched his head too. This is a must see for anyone wanting to see science point to intelligent design through the efforts of NASA with a probe called IMAP. its good. Really good. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member A fascinating documentary interviewing top scientists about our place in the universe, the history of cosmology, and issues of today's Standard Model. Open minded and open-ended in its presentation, this film is not for those drunk on the cool-aid of today's demagogues - which is a good sign. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member "The Principle" gives us an intriguing & comprehensive at times controversial view of what's happening in the science of cosmology today. Through an engaging journey across the far reaches of the universe, we discover evidence of a most powerful idea in contemporary science, that is, that the earth - after all - has a critically specified place within the cosmos. Sorry if this disappoints Carl Sagan et.al. but ... we and our earth a-r-e special, as is our cosmic consciousness. I encourage everyone to see this film on the Big Screen. Bring your clearest mind & your best thinking." --Dr. Clifford Brickman, ("Dr Cliff") author, "The Still, Soft Voice." Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member And did you know that the earth is flat, too? Anyone who falls for this utter nonsense isn't engaged in critical thinking, they're engaged in cranial liquefaction. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
