Ghosted by her hunky twentysomething lover, Claire (Binoche--balancing cunning and vulnerability), a middle-aged professor and single mom, creates a fake Facebook profile to do a little undetected online snooping. At first I thought it was slow going and a bit disjointed, however it picked up and made sense, I enjoyed it. Juliette Binoche is a stellar professional and the other actors were excellent. It is an unusual movie with an unusual plot and I would encourage anyone to see it, especially if they are Binoche fans.

A movie about multilayered deception and the desire to stay young, which of course is another widely spread self deception. The story appears to follow a predetermined course up to around forty minutes before the actual conclusion. Then it is gradually revealed that the femme fatale was far from lethal and life continued around her. She is left a lonely cougar with a manuscript. Thank you Mr Jobs for inventing the iPhone!
