9h agoGetting to see the parts of the Empire that we really never thought about...Who knew they had cubicles, board meetings and TPS reports? I didnt but it was fun to see along side the suspense playing out as we watch the beginnings of rebellion.

10h agoHaving just finished this first season, I am so satisfied as a fan. The acting/casting, the story, the background, the complexity, the characters, the maturity, the writing, I'm nearly speechless and evangelical on it. It takes serious talent up and down to create something like this within the scope at hand. I didn't even need a light saber! I wish we could bring this quality back to the Star Wars universe to nearly all other movies or series. Most of anything released before this (save you a handful of Mando, handful of Boba, and maybe one original film) looks obsolete and poorly slapped together compared to this beaut. Well done team!
-
14h agoBrilliantly gritty series where no one is safe and stormtroopers don't miss. A Star Wars story that's about adult themes and the focus is on storytelling not cgi. Highly recommended
-
1d agoNow THIS is Star Wars. Very well done season. I cant believe I'm saying this about a disney star wars show, but man it hits good!!
-
1d agoI love this show. Intelligent dialogue that draws me in. I can see in the briefest dialogue how even the minor characters have their own motivations and backstories. My personal Star Wars cannon is now ... Andor, Rogue 1, and then the original trilogy.
-
1d agoEasily the best offering from Disney in the Star Wars saga. Suspense, tension, incredible plot, high quality cast this is my favourite TV series full stop in the past 12 months.
-
3d agoOne of the most boring shows I've ever watched for a story no one wanted. Amazing people call this "original" as Disney just recycles the exact same Empire vs Republic conflict within the same 50 year period OVER AND OVER and adds absolutely nothing to it.
-
3d agoBrilliant and just what long term Star Wars fans want to see - a mature take on Star Wars looking at well fleshed out, new characters in this universe and the effects of the big story beats from the original films on day to day citizens in the galaxy. Creative, original, and it takes its time to flesh out character motivations to create the greater moments in the series. This was a series made for TV, rather than movie scripts rushed out into TV episodes like Obi-Wan or Boba Fett. More of this please - original characters, episodes that take the time to establish their place, and succinct and elegant direction
-
6d agoIt's great to finally see something set in the Star Wars setting that is new and original. They just need to focus on telling human stories and they can do great things.
-
6d agoNot just a great Star Wars show, but an amazing drama that anyone can enjoy. Filled with compelling characters, deep storylines, and emotions galore, Andor shouldn't be as good as it is but it pulls it off masterfully. Can't wait for the second season.
