Synopsis
"Cuisine Culture" takes viewers on a culinary journey through the world of top chefs and their restaurants. Host Ashley Charles James, himself an internationally recognized chef, visits some of the world's best chefs to showcase them in their natural environments. Some of the chefs James sees on his global journey are Marc Haeberlin, Guy Savoy, Josiah Citrin and Daniel Boulud.
