Kevin Barnes manages Phatheadz, a Baltimore barber shop once owned by his father. When a haircare mogul buys the shop, Kevin is forced to manage the place with the new owner's spoiled daughter, who has never held a job. Naturally, the two butt heads over the best way to run the business.
