Angel C “Bold, Heartbreaking, and More Twisted Than Ever!” Season 3 of How to Get Away with Murder raises the bar with its most emotional and shocking storylines yet. Packed with unpredictable twists, devastating revelations, and unforgettable performances, this season proves why the show continues to be a masterclass in suspense and drama. The mystery of Who Killed Wes? is at the heart of this season, and it’s one of the show’s most gripping and gut-wrenching storylines. The loss of such a central character adds a new layer of depth and tension to the series. As the Keating 5 and Annalise deal with the fallout, the stakes have never been higher, and the emotional weight is palpable in every scene. Viola Davis once again delivers an Emmy-worthy performance, showcasing Annalise Keating’s vulnerability and ferocity in equal measure. Watching Annalise hit rock bottom while trying to rebuild her life is both heartbreaking and inspiring. The supporting cast continues to shine, particularly Aja Naomi King (Michaela), Jack Falahee (Connor), and Karla Souza (Laurel), whose performances reflect the emotional toll of Wes’s death and the mounting secrets they each carry. The storytelling this season is bold and relentless. The trademark flash-forward structure is used brilliantly, weaving the past and present together in a way that keeps you guessing until the very end. Every episode builds toward the devastating climax, and when the truth is finally revealed, it’s both shocking and emotionally shattering. Season 3 isn’t just about the twists; it’s about the emotional journey of its characters. It delves deeper into their flaws, relationships, and motivations, making the stakes feel intensely personal. The exploration of grief, guilt, and betrayal adds a raw, human element to the relentless drama. How to Get Away with Murder proves in its third season that it’s not afraid to take risks, and those risks pay off in a big way. It’s a darker, more emotional chapter that keeps you hooked and leaves you breathless. Rating: 10/10 – A devastatingly brilliant season that will leave you reeling long after the credits roll. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Strongest season yet, with more emotional depth added to the characters, as well as a more realistic feel to their shared relationships. A lot of drama still. I did struggle with Oliver this season, which annoyed me, as he seemed the most 'together' character until now... though, I guess that's the point. Lol. A strong story to this season Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
