Aside from the fact that there was 1 chef with 2 sous chefs against 5 Iron chefs with no sous chefs, each Iron Chef got to make ONE dish in the time alotted while the challenger had to make FIVE dishes during that same time. Much respect to the challenger for being able to complete the challenge and keep the final decision close!
