The lives of a group of teenagers in Bristol, England, are followed through two years of sixth form, with the story line of this critically acclaimed series delving into such controversial subjects as substance abuse, sexuality, teenage pregnancy, personality and eating disorders, and mental illness. "Skins" is unique in its casting of amateur actors, and the fact that the cast is replaced every two seasons, when the characters leave school.

ANNA C Perfect ending for the carachters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/07/25 Full Review Prabudhjeet A A setup from season one, pays off. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/19/24 Full Review em Maxxi's stalker episode aside, whatever the hell that was, this season is soo good. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/05/23 Full Review Audience Member It ends so much stronger and better than it starts, thank goodness! It felt so messy and shallow for a good number of episodes, but it appears it's deliberately written that way. Cassie was the niggling loose thread, that kept on irritating… and the sudden, totally out-of-the-blue jump to the States?! It still remains beautifully FUBAR, though Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review neharika h nice ending, although i think series 1 was better Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
