When Dave Johnson and his family arrive from Michigan, they're unfazed that their new dream home is located in a community quite different from their previous small town. However, their opinionated next-door neighbor Calvin Butler is wary of the newcomers, certain that they'll disrupt the culture on the block. Dave realizes that fitting in with the new community is more complex than he had expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, there's an excellent chance of making the new neighborhood a great place to live.

Shikamai Im obsessed with this showWeird the comments give this season a bad score just based off the police episode like get a clue its nothing that wasn't said before and isn't based in truth maybe you shouldn't watch tv/news at all :) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/10/23 Full Review thanatos i This show still provides some good laughs when it's not being overly preachy and pushing its racism message or a propaganda or social agenda. Still, the number of episodes that do that have increased with each season and the show has become less enjoyable because of that (imo). Still watching this how, but it's slowly moving to the point I'll tune out if it doesn't turn around. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review boringo f This has been a great show from the beginning, both the humor and all the actors in their roles. It is a bit old-school + new-school, but that works fine! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member The neighborhood has been a very a funny show about a white man moving into a black neighborhood for 2 seasons and it's good to see how the show has decided to address some of the serious issues about black people and the systematic racism they face on a daily basis . I don't understand why some reviews are giving it only 1 star but then again it's not surprising that white people wouldn't want to see racial issues on the screen. Its important to educate everyone on these matters and deal with the issues. It's a toughing episode. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member watching the mom explain to the little boy that he didn't have to worry about being shot by the police because he is white... well i don't need to see any more Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Too political to be entertaining. Might as well switch to CNN. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
