Andreas Grosch began working in production on German films in the late '80s, coming to work in the U.S. in 1995. Five films later, Grosch executive-produced "Monster," the promising first feature from director Patty Jenkins and the performance of Charlize Theron's career. Following this success, Grosch produced both small independent features, such as the South African "Drum," and big budget Hollywood films, including "Control" and "The Jacket." He was the executive producer for the 2005 film "The White Countess," a well-received period piece with Ralph Fiennes and Natasha Richardson. The next year was a busy one for Grosch--he executive-produced "Alpha Dog," the award-winning "Lucky Number Slevin," the European festival-winner "Copying Beethoven," and 11 other films. In 2007, he worked on several critically acclaimed films, including Todd Haynes' unconventional Bob Dylan biopic, "I'm Not There."
