John Hackett
John Hackett was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. Hackett's earliest roles were in film, including "Back Door to Hell" (1964), "Flight to Fury" (1966) with Dewey Martin and the Cameron Mitchell western "Ride in the Whirlwind" (1966). He also appeared in the comedy "Harry and Walter Go to New York" (1976) with James Caan. His film career continued throughout the nineties in productions like "Hoffa" (1992) and "Wolf" (1994). He also appeared in the TV special "Renaissance" (PBS, 1992-93). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Hackett lent his talents to projects like "The Evening Star" (1996), "Blood & Wine" (1997) starring Jack Nicholson and "Dream For an Insomniac" (1998). His credits also expanded to the Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson hit "Anger Management" (2003)Hackett most recently worked on the Jack Nicholson hit romantic comedy "Something's Gotta Give" (2003).
