Tracy Poust
Producer and writer Tracy Poust worked her way up through the production ranks, getting her start in television as a production assistant on the series "Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars!" in 1991. Just seven years later, Poust began writing for the critically acclaimed and wildly popular sitcom "Will & Grace," penning a total of 22 episodes. The following year she started working as the story editor for the show, before moving on to produce and executive produce the series until it ended in 2006. Earning five Emmy nominations, Poust solidified her reputation for producing quality television. In 2007, she began executive producing the critically acclaimed "Ugly Betty" series. A classic ugly duckling story, the show became something of a cultural phenomenon, making a celebrity of lead actress America Ferrera. In addition to her production work for the show, Poust has also written seven episodes, earning a WGA Award nomination for the episode "Crush'd" in 2008.
