Peter Bradshaw Guardian Ashcroft unveils some bold cures at the end, but we need more specifics. Rated: 2/5 Mar 15, 2012 Full Review Nigel Andrews Financial Times It's a watchable, convincing docu-essay. Rated: 3/5 Mar 15, 2012 Full Review Derek Adams Time Out This is a film perhaps better suited to DVD, simply because there are thoughts here of such profundity you might feel the need to reach for the rewind button. I, for one, have been left substantially enlightened. Rated: 4/5 Mar 13, 2012 Full Review Joseph Walsh CineVue It's unlikely that Four Horsemen will spark a revolution, but you will be educated and entertained. Rated: 3/5 Aug 24, 2018 Full Review Alex Zane The Sun (UK) The truth is, The Four Horsemen is really just another documentary digging over the financial collapse. Audience Member One the best documentaries I've seen. Every human being in this planet needs to see this. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Both Chomsky and Stiglitz praised Hugo Chavez's policies in Venezuela. How many times does socialism have to fail before documentary makers find something else to talk about? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member We need more documentaries like this one, questioning the neo-economical western ideals and criticising the currently relevant problems of a voracious globalized planet. The documentary overall has some interestingly relevant criticisms of western culture that has for some reason been set as the standard of living throughout the world in pos-modernist society. Don't take my word for it, please watch the full documentary and form an opinion yourself don't base it on reviews from a website that its ultimate purpose is for moviegoers or movie-watchers to become less adventurous. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Overall, well done. Some detail points are disputable - for example, the documentary-makers appear to place the blame for the 2008 housing crisis on Reagen and Thatcher and "deregulation", with no mention of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - an entirely Democrat created double-headed monster. Nonetheless, with its fairly thorough analysis and emphasis the problems of fiat currency, income inequality, bloated world bureaucracies and debt - along with some possible solutions, it is well worth watching. Better to be reviewed, as there is a wealth of material to consider. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review katsist . It's on the line of conspiracy film and informational. It was well made and the sources are credible. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/08/17 Full Review Audience Member I suspects ones view of this film will be shaped by their level of interest and ideological positions. It fits both in my case. Poor lemmings we are. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
