It could've been a good slasher but the writers overcomplicated the story. The thing I liked about the movie for the first half of it was that it was really simple, teenagers go to an offline camp and a small group of them gets hunted by two monsters living in it. When the backstory of the monsters was introduced the enjoyment from watching the movie went downhill drastically, simply because there was no need of a backstory in the first place.

not bad (except for the decapitation scene, very noticeably a mannequin head, made me laugh) it's a good slasher flick with some interesting elements to make it more unique. I'm not completely sure I fully understand the meteor thing, and like what happened to the brothers. granted I'm not Polish so that could be part of it, but it just didn't feel fully explained. they were also a little to grotesque looking for me to fully watch them, I normally do okay-ish with body horror but the pimple things or whatever it is all over them was way too nauseating for me personally. there's literally no explanation or reason for them either, i couldn't watch the scenes how I normally would because I wanted to puke. overall decent but I definitely prefer films where I can watch all the scenes with the antagonists with out feeling so sick the second I see them…
