Mary S This web site is a scam and will be reported Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/06/23 Full Review William R 77 Sunset Strip was a fantastic series, well-written, directed, and performed; even the theme song is recognized 60 years later. Iconic on many levels. An actual former Miss France played the detective firm's secretary, Edd Byrnes' character "Kookie" became a cultural legend that has never been matched. Occasionally well-known writers of hard-boiled detective novels scripted some excellent episodes. Sponsored largely by Ford Motors, the series vehicles were Fords; in one episode a Ford Edsel was outfitted as a cop car, which was pretty hilarious. Not available on DVD in English; the series so far has only been available dubbed in German Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/20/22 Full Review Read all reviews
