William Hughes AV Club "The Orpheus Gambit" makes a fine argument that a humbled Archer can still make for a funny Archer. "Bloodsploosh" suggests that the show's authors might not think that's an idea worth pursuing at all. Rated: A- Sep 18, 2020 Full Review Steve Greene indieWire Luckily, the signature "Archer" connective joke tissue that melds its disparate plots with bookending conversations is as sharp as ever, too. Rated: A- Sep 18, 2020 Full Review Adam Chitwood Collider Archer is back in a way that is - at least on the surface - similar to the early days of the show. But you'll soon realize just because we're back in the land of the living doesn't mean this series is done evolving. Rated: A- Sep 18, 2020 Full Review Matt Roush TV Insider Stripped of an office and primo parking space, wielding a tricked-out cane that invariably zaps its owner, Archer sulks, rants and intrudes on capers, putting everyone in weekly peril when he's not crossing any number of #MeToo lines. Sep 18, 2020 Full Review Josh Bell CBR Like Archer himself, the show tries to return to a glory that's long since passed. Sep 5, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

teresa s this season was horrible. the dreamland seasons werent bad. but this season seems like it jumped the shark. The characters arent the same and seem more tame and boring that before. I miss the OG archer from the first few seasons. The isis agency archer. This whole season was like a pick on archer fest. ya he is an asshole but thats what his appeal was. lana marrying a rich white dude felt out of character. especially with AJ. she wanted to be a good mother and ended up dumping her for money. I dont know how this season got a 84 review. Its utterly boring and unfunny. the characters just seem off, and not themselves. I miss old pam and archers relationship especially. Even the VO actors seem bored with their roles. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member [⭐️78%] Season 11 brings Archer out of his coma in a natural way, returning things back to how they were prior to it, whilst still having his health issues attached to it. Returning to the formula that this series had during its prime was a fresh experience. Having only eight episodes this season was rather short, season 11 provided a short and sweet return to form. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review matthew p A return to form after an unfortunate, unnecessary, detour. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Archer is back with a bang, and the new way better gang have amazing chemistry, as always. The ninth and tenth season of Archer felt as if they were dwindling in quality relative to the first seven season, but now Adam Reed has revived the show and I was joyfully surprised by the explosive new season and I LOVE IT. Archer is one of the most intelligent adult TV shows on the air, and I can't wait to see what the titular character will achieve in the final season. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member My favorite episode was when everyone relied on Archer to help with a mission but he ended up sabotaging the entire thing with his idiotic self-absorbed behavior. Wait, that's _every_ episode. I enjoyed the show for the first few seasons but at some point the jokes get old and you have to wonder why the other characters put up with this guy. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member With such high expectations to go back to normal after three unnecessarily long comatose years, Archer manages to fall flat, with a new and improved agency, but not nearly as exciting as the old one Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
