Disillusioned at the thought of taking down another "mark," depressed, low-level hit man Barry Berkman seeks a way out. When the Midwesterner reluctantly travels to Los Angeles to execute a hit on an actor who is bedding a mobster's wife, little does Barry know that the City of Angels may be his sanctuary. He follows his target into acting class and ends up instantly drawn to the community of eager hopefuls, especially dedicated student Sally, who becomes the object of his affection. While Barry wants to start a new life as an actor, his handler, Fuches, has other ideas, and the hit man's criminal past won't let him walk away so easily.

The second season of Barry is the first perfect season on Barry. The first season is great but this just takes everything that works there and ups it by one, and Bill Hader's directing style starts including the surreal imagery and stunning long takes, which would later become some of the show's signatures. The last 5 episodes are all some of the best in the show, especially the season finale, Berkman is greater than Block. Which is amazingly done and the best that the show had to offer yet.

The season kicks off with Barry desperately trying to leave his criminal past behind and pursue his passion for acting, but he's constantly dragged back into the underworld by his past demons. Highlights include Barry's hilarious yet heart-wrenching acting class scenes, his tumultuous relationship with Sally (Sarah Goldberg), and the menacing presence of NoHo Hank (Anthony Carrigan), who steals every scene he's in. The tension reaches a boiling point as Barry's past catches up with him, leading to a thrilling finale that leaves you eagerly anticipating the next chapter. With stellar performances, sharp writing, and unexpected twists, Barry Season 2 is a must-watch for fans of dark humor and intense storytelling."

Barry: Season 2 Teaser
