Christopher L. Inoa Observer As in Castlevania, this series unleashes an over-abundance of bloody violence and gore. Gods, giants, humans and even birds meet gruesome ends; this series's specialty seems to be death by bifurcation. Nov 4, 2020 Full Review Eric Francisco Inverse Gorgeous and violent, Blood of Zeus reveals where the emerging scene of American-made anime is headed. Jul 25, 2023 Full Review Mariló Delgado Espinof With a charismatic ensemble, this story has enough hooks to keep us entertained through a corkscrew journey across Greek mythology. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 4.5/5 Aug 8, 2022 Full Review Shah Shahid Comic Years The hierarchy of the Gods and their own personal drama, fuelled by the looming demonic threat, and even more backstory is really where Blood Of Zeus excels. Rated: 3.5/5 Nov 12, 2020 Full Review James Hanton Starburst An awesome creative streak throughout all eight episodes ... is let down by a lack of surface-level and narrative detail that would set it apart. Rated: 3/5 Nov 11, 2020 Full Review Andres Cabrera Geeks of Color As a fan of Greek mythology, a lot of the fun was seeing the characterization of each god and wondering which side they would choose. Kieran M Boring and typical messaging from Netflix… Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/11/25 Full Review cwbyfrmhell N It would be a 5 if their sound editors would stop over-modding the score in every episode. Its a nice backing track, but its too damn loud. It's so bad it drowns the dialog and causes aural pain. I would rate the other 2 seasons the same. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 05/31/25 Full Review Carlos Samuel E Buena serie, entretenida y un muy buen guión, la recomiendo. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/29/25 Full Review Saundra R Great story and it flows well. Really enjoyed the characters but the music was just the worst. If I never hear another big sweeping choral opera sound for the rest of my life. Sheesh. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/13/25 Full Review Schwarz S Pushy, obnoxious 'background' music. The story and characters made a bland impression. It did not captivate and convince me. The 'animation' (or rather: the lack of it) was so rigid. I wouldn't recommend this show. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/22/25 Full Review Qadir M The story is well written and have an distinguished and interesting theme, the journey of a hero chosen by Zeus to make Earth independent. An interesting tale of two indviduals. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/25 Full Review Read all reviews
