The detectives of Brooklyn's 99th Precinct -- hotshot Jake Peralta, overachiever Amy Santiago, tough-as-nails Rosa Diaz, sweetheart Charles Boyle, devoted family man Sgt. Terry Jeffords and clueless best friends Scully and Hitchcock -- make up a loveable and offbeat squad that must get its act together when the office gets a new captain, the no-nonsense, unflappable Raymond Holt. Along with civilian office manager and social butterfly Gina Linetti, nothing will stop the crew from doing does what it does best -- bust the bad guys.

Shadow and Act Staff Shadow and Act Forging strongly ahead into its sophomore season, the Andy Samberg led police precinct comedy remains one of the funniest shows on network TV. Sep 15, 2022 Full Review Allie Pape New York Magazine/Vulture I'm curious if new viewers were a touch overwhelmed -- though there were certainly enough good punch lines to lure them in. Brooklyn Nine-Nine's world is unquestionably a fun one to hang out in. Rated: 4/5 Jan 9, 2019 Full Review Hannah Verdier Guardian These are characters who have been gifted with the best one-liners and allowed to blossom. Jan 9, 2019 Full Review Joe Reid Decider Brooklyn Nine-Nine is such a reliable show, every episode pretty much delivers exactly what you want from it. It's fantastic. Jan 10, 2019 Full Review Evan Dickson Collider It hasn't really missed a step. The amazing cast of supporting players keep the show in the "must see" zone while Andy Samberg's Jake Peralta still drags things down a bit with his ham-handedness. Rated: B+ Jan 9, 2019 Full Review Tom Gliatto People Magazine The simple fact is your life will be happier if you watch this show. Jan 9, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews
