Synopsis
Christopher Kimball hosts this cooking show filmed in a renovated Vermont farmhouse in which Kimball and the crew from "America's Test Kitchen" revisit favorite American recipes, including lost recipes, regional favorites and new classics. Other regular segments on the show include food tastings, equipment testing and tips and techniques from the test kitchen, including caring for cookware and mistakes to avoid when cooking.
