"Doctor Who" is a classic science-fiction series with a cult following. The Doctor is called a "Time Lord," a time-traveling scientist from a far-off planet who travels through time and space in a shop known by the acronym TARDIS. A TARDIS is a machine that is larger on the inside than the outside and is supposed to change its appearance based on its surroundings. The Doctor is also able to evolve his biology, so he appears as many different people throughout the series. The Doctor loves Earth, so he makes many trips here to save the planet, or to enlist earthlings to help him with tasks in the galaxy.

Christopher Bahn AV Club Try as I might, I've never been able to warm to this era, certainly not to the extent of the sizable number of fans who call it the zenith of classic-era Doctor Who. Blumberg IGN Movies "Remembrance of the Daleks" is a bona fide classic in bonded polycarbide armor. Mar 6, 2019 Full Review Patrick Mulkern Radio Times It adds up to a lot of fun, even if such interludes feel more like The Sylvester McCoy Show than Doctor Who. Rated: 5/5 Mar 6, 2019 Full Review Andrew Rilstone SciFiNow If only Sylvester McCoy had figured out what his Doctor was about a little more quickly. If only all the Seventh Doctor stories had been as good as this one. Ravens love Season 25 - the ultimate fan season, although not the official anniversary it has what you need to celebrate it, it's also the first season I remember watching completely upon its airing so it's very nostalgic for me Remembrance of the daleks - 2 forces of daleks travel to 1963s earth, one white with a supremacist leader and superior weapons Vs black daleks in few numbers, ok this is obviously a story about something but I can't think what, of course I can but I'm not going there, come guys, if you don't know Joseph marcell even talks about it in the story but I can't fault the story, I love it, the first story to have a Dalek climb the stairs on screen Happiness patrol - a great piece of fun with psycho Berty Bassett and ironically it feels like we're living in that world now Silver nemesis - what was meant to be the official anniversary falls a little flat with the return of the cybermen, a new redesign and chrome plating, not the best story but still fun Greatest show in the galaxy - what proves to be the proper anniversary story and really shows it when it basically reviews the show it'self with the ringmaster that is just going through the motions, the disappearing audience only giving a positive review when the top monsters show up, the fans show up to appear on the show and the gods of Ragnarok show up to cause the end of days of the classic series, it's only a year later the show goes off the air I love this season but I'm blinded by nostalgia Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/07/23 Full Review Wolfgang B Third episode (The Silver Nemesis) is the closes this season has to a "miss", and it's still basically fine, albeit a retreading of the plot from Remembrance of the Daleks but done less effectively. The rest of this season is all gold Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/02/23 Full Review Audience Member The strongest of the three McCoy seasons thanks to the decent writing of 'Remembrance of the Daleks', a memorable appearance by the Cybermen in 'Nemesis' and the fun absurdity of 'The Happiness Patrol'. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I love this episode in every way possible! The storyline is fantastic, with great characterization, humor and it even made me cry. It was visually beautiful and the music was gorgeous. My family's new holiday favorite, even over the classics like 'White Christmas" This just leaves us all in the Christmas spirit and appreciating time with our loved ones.
