Ken Tucker Entertainment Weekly Frasier's cast has some weak links... This leaves the triangle of Grammer, Pierce, and John Mahoney pawing the same comedic ground week after week; they remain valiantly exuberant, but the strain began showing last year. Rated: B Jun 26, 2018 Full Review Peter Canavese Groucho Reviews In his ninth year of playing Frasier Crane, Kelsey Grammer remains endlessly funny. Rated: 3.5/4 Apr 21, 2020 Full Review Alan Pergament Buffalo News Mama Mia, though you can see many of the obvious jokes coming, it's still funny stuff. Andrew B This is a go to classic for intellectual humor while building upon continuing story arcs and having solid stand alone episodes. Frasier is one of the best TV series ever made. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/03/24 Full Review trevor t The early seasons were very funny and the dynamic better Frasier and Niles is one of the best in comedy. But, the later ones. With the exception of Daphne and her mother (who are both English anyway) why can no one do an English accent? Why does Simon who is supposed to come from Manchester have some strange, sort-of-London accent? It is also annoying and insulting that the people of Manchester are portrayed as drunk, boorish and thieves. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review dave d There was something about this season and the culmination of events that left me very satisfied. Unfortunately, the hot angles will be tough to duplicate and the cliff hanger isn't really much of one. Where we go from here will most certainly be a let down, but the acting and writing is so good it's hard to see Season eight falling off much. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Pretty good, better than season 6. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
