At fictional Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in New Jersey, prickly genius Dr. Gregory House tackles health mysteries as would a medical Sherlock Holmes, all the while playing mind games with colleagues that include his best friend, oncologist James Wilson. House, an acerbic infectious disease specialist, solves medical puzzles with the help of a team of young diagnosticians. Flawless instincts and unconventional thinking help earn House great respect, despite his brutal honesty and antisocial tendencies.

Tom Ambrose Empire Magazine Even though this very solid third season ends on a note of dissolution and, again, potential formula revamp, the good news is that House remains on firm foundations, and should be able to withstand any coming change. Rated: 4/5 Oct 18, 2017 Full Review Len Sousa Slant Magazine Thankfully, the UK native has the chops to hold the hour-long show together despite its drawbacks and makes tuning in week after week a bit more worthwhile. Rated: 2.5/4 May 21, 2015 Full Review CJ Sheu Review Film Review This is in direct contrast to the execrable Season 3, filled with idiot plots, people saying stupid things, the inability to actually engage in differential diagnosis, and a pervasive bitter cynicism. Jan 9, 2025 Full Review Staci Krause IGN Movies It was tough to top last season's hallucination finale, after House was shot. Regardless, they did it in epic fashion, with Foreman resigning, House then firing Chase and Cameron resigning in the last minutes. Rated: 8.8/10 Feb 21, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/19/25 Full Review Bronco 1 Lots of twist and turns with more character drama. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/24 Full Review S. S One of the best TV shows ever made. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/29/23 Full Review Audience Member This season is Soo emotional Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member House is still a great show, but I particularly find the whole Tritter's mess a little too annoying; other than that, I have no complaints. It stays consistent on its quality, both production and acting-wise; Hugh Laurie's acting especially reaches its peak (and will stay at its finest for the rest of the show). This is just very good entertainment. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews
