Anita Singh Daily Telegraph (UK) Other writers really would have reached a point of exhaustion there, but Pemberton and Shearsmith also fit in references to the audience at home watching on catch-up and a running gag about the rights to Bohemian Rhapsody. Rated: 4/5 Jun 7, 2021 Full Review Carol Midgley Times (UK) Although I could see that it was clever, I found it one of their least engaging episodes (and many, let's be clear, are pure genius). Rated: 3/5 May 17, 2021 Full Review Sean O'Grady Independent (UK) You're never sure where you are or what you're looking at, the cleverness and inventiveness of the writers wilfully shading into self-confessed self-indulgence. Rated: 4/5 May 11, 2021 Full Review Paul Lê Bloody Disgusting The sixth season is bookended by two divisive episodes, but the remaining four set things right. Rated: 4/5 Jul 23, 2023 Full Review Louisa Mellor Den of Geek It's details like that, in the script, in the performances, in the sets, in Christian Henson's music... that prove what a special creation this show is. Jun 7, 2021 Full Review David Craig Radio Times Inside No. 9 may be pushing into its sixth series now, but the anthology is far from resting on its laurels. Audience Member Watched it on Britbox, each season is brilliantly written, acted, and set. Each tale is a twisted mix of comedy, suspense, and horror. Characters from their other series, Psychoville, appear throughout the series. Steve and Reece have imaginations that rival Rod Serling and play each of their roles with 100% dedication and creativity. Each season's tale is exceptional, and a must see if you are into the macabre.
