Absolutely amazing loved how they got me to love and hate a character at the same time while still having some comedic energy behind it absolutely a must see

I liked the serial, the story is kind of old hat, but we have great characters , great script and great acting especially Julia Garner potraying egoistic ambitious young lady dreaming of something impossible and trying to achive it at any cost. Never got bored in all episodes.

Both characters are so off. Unbelievable reactions, overacting, bad taste. What was that scene where the journalist wants the career over the baby. She just now realized she was pregnant? Just bad. The german accent is so unfortunate makes you wanna run. Also, the writing is so weak. She convinces Anna to go to trial because of a cute line? They are both infantile (characters-wise). Didn't finish the first episode. No.

"Inventing Anna," a Netflix series, often seems to fly under the radar when it comes to recognition. While I wouldn't label it as outstanding, I also can't say it's lacking in quality. It strikes a balance, offering just the right mix of adventure, mystery, and excitement as it delves into the life of Anna and her tumultuous journey.
The show centers around a con artist who attempts to deceive people out of millions, a storyline that's refreshingly unique. The lead actress does an excellent job portraying Anna throughout the series. I find it puzzling where the criticism originates, as the show follows a coherent narrative, complete with a clear plot and structure.
It's not a bad watch at all; it addresses all lingering questions and wraps up with a satisfying conclusion, leaving the door open for a potential continuation or a graceful end. While it seems they may have wrapped it up, I definitely think it's worth a look.

My husband and I couldn’t even finish the first episode. The main character is such a dislikable character. She’s annoying in the way she speaks, her attitude is distrusting. The scene that got too much was when she got upset having a scan. We couldn’t deal with her conflicting emotion of not wanting the baby because of her career. It’s awfully insensitive. We’ve had three miscarriages and our 5-year journey to having children has been nothing but a horrible nightmare. To see the main character being nothing but a selfish, angry woman is just so upsetting. It’s awfully degrading of human lives. We can’t recommend it. It’s probably one of the worst series we’ve watched. If you have personally suffered infertility or child-loss, stay away from this series.

Julia Garner is brilliant, and very likely to be seen as one of the best (in my eyes) in a couple years. Her final scene in the final episode (no spoilers) is astonishing from an acting perspective, how real of a reaction by her, and to be able to show the different layers of her character just in that one scene. How the entire build-up of the story, finding out more about Anna, and to see how it culminated in that final scene, us as an audience figuring out Anna as a person. It was great. The show overall was fun, well done, but I don't think it's one of the best shows I've seen, which goes to show how many amazing shows there are because this is a good one. Funny, pretty emotional at times, and it succeeds pulling that emotion. Especially the more intense scenes of stress with money, loans, and all, very effective. I don't think the show necessarily sides with Anna, but it's sympathetic, which I think is important to be. Especially if it's a person who wants to be better. I was a bit surprised to see how uncancelled she is in real life due to the nature of her crimes, but if this means she is doing better, then good for her! Thank you for the entertainment
