Wenlei Ma The Nightly (AU) The show is not a Louis Theroux-style documentary but there’s nothing funny about equating maximum force with safety. Sep 25, 2024 Full Review Katie Rosseinsky Independent (UK) Surely the best way to learn about parenting is to, well, do some, rather than squabbling in the metaverse with your elderly dad. Rated: 2/5 Sep 13, 2024 Full Review Tim Glanfield Times (UK) In the rare glimpses of Jack’s home life away from the “crazy” escapades with his dad there was definitely an interesting and amusing insight into first-time fatherhood to be made, but this isn’t that. Rated: 2/5 Sep 11, 2024 Full Review Sean L. McCarthy Decider Your enjoyment of this series depends as much upon how well you know and follow the Whitehalls... if you haven’t experienced Jack Whitehall and his dad before now, this might not be the best first introduction to them. Sep 26, 2024 Full Review Joly Herman Common Sense Media If families can get past some of the lewd jokes and language, there are laughs to be shared here. Sep 18, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

dave b The best moment were the last 10 minutes of the last episode. The visits to charlatans were nauseating. I was very disappointed. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/13/24 Full Review Ben R Missed opportunity to actually portray the challenges of becoming a father. Its Weird Weekends under the guise of being about fatherhood. Tired jokes. Episode 1 was mildly suitably and relevant, then it degenerated into Weird Weekends without the wit or tactfulness of Louis Theroux. Yes, let's fly to the US and visit preppers and do a dance class in the metaverse as part of a series about fatherhood. Disappointed. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/22/24 Full Review Olga S Totally unwatchable. Full of cringe, annoying endless sex jokes. Not one single funny or entertaining moment. A colossal disappointment as I used to be an admirer of their early shows. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/16/24 Full Review Laura D Very Disjointed and the jokes are thin. Its more of the same stuff from Father and son. Don't think I laughed once. Time I won't get back. They need new material. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/11/24 Full Review Read all reviews
